Services

BAM Pressure Cleaning provides commercial and residential pressure cleaning, janitorial services, tree watering, and property maintenance services in South Florida.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services at any time without notice.

Quotes, Estimates & Validity

All quotes provided via the Site, email, or phone are estimates based on initial information.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance
Final pricing may change upon on-site evaluation due to:
Property condition
Actual square footage
Accessibility or unforeseen factors

We reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly.

Property Access & Preparation

To ensure safe and effective service, the client agrees to:

Provide clear access to all service areas
Ensure a working on-site water supply (unless otherwise agreed)
Secure pets and ensure safe working conditions
Close all windows and doors
Remove or protect fragile items (furniture, décor, plants, etc.)

Liability: We are not responsible for delays, incomplete service, or issues resulting from lack of access or improper preparation.

Pre-existing Conditions & Damages

While we take all reasonable precautions, BAM Pressure Cleaning is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

Loose or deteriorated materials (e.g., mortar, siding, wood)
Failing paint, sealants, or previous repairs
Improperly sealed windows, doors, or structures
Normal wear and tear or age-related deterioration

Additionally:

Minor water intrusion may occur where sealing is compromised
Landscaping and plant life may react to cleaning solutions or water pressure

Scheduling, Cancellations & Weather

We strive to meet all scheduled service appointments. However, we reserve the right to reschedule due to:

Weather conditions (rain, storms, high winds)
Equipment issues
Unforeseen operational circumstances

Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion.

Communications

By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive service-related communications (including quotes, scheduling updates, invoices, and follow-ups) via call, email, or SMS.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP.”
